Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements only for the following:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Lost shipment

There are no returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Customer dislike/taste issues
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Evidence Required

To request a replacement, please provide:

  • Clear product images
  • Outer packaging images
  • Mandatory opening video (from sealed pack to issue shown)

Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
